Future God David C Pack Is Already MORE Than An Average Man

A reader here writes...maybe its Dave since he has instructed all members not to read "hate" sites....

I often see the comments about how Mr. Pack is foolish or only in it for the money. But he is not bothered by what you say, he knows that it is Satan working trying to disrupt the work that Mr. Pack does as God's only true end time apostle. Why else would so many enemies attack one person as you do here. It only strengthens our resolve to continue to support the work and Mr. Pack who is more than just some average man, he is obviously given special strength and abilities from God, he is super natural and awesome. You will all see soon that everything he teaches will come true and he will be a ruler in the Kingdom of God, and you will listen then because it will be so obvious. We know that we don't have to give anything that we don't want to, but it is a privilege to give to RCG and the money is used wisely by God's steward. So just keep scoffing and telling your filthy lies, or just get over it and prepare for the punishment that God will soon bring upon you. It gives me peace to know that I am of the elect and will have a special place in the kingdom, I will pray for you, you need that.

If you examine the rhetoric these guys use, it all contains the same primary elements, and the same tone. So, assuming that even one of them happened to be God's annointed, you would not be able to identify that individual based on what they say.

Because they all teach tithing, and are not bashful about literally demanding money, theoretically, all are capable of creating, or amassing financial resources. Some build buildings, some support aging members of the original WCG ministry, and there are varying opinions regarding rendering unto Caesar. But, not a single one appears to have taken a vow of poverty. As their "work" grows, boy do they ever help themselves! No distinguishing helps amongst them there.

They all seem to want to prophesy. Not a single one simply preaches that we leave prophecy alone and live a simple life with Christian values and enjoy receiving and sharing God's blessings in the present, developing our dominant talents (or Kingdom skills) along the way. Oh, by the way, they continually fail in their prophecies, but since these are all based on their core beliefs in British Israelism, and that HWA was God's Apostle, the membership gives them a pass figuring that events will eventually vindicate them.

The fact is, there is not a single stand out amongst them, no way of identifying a chosen individual who 1) Has the witness of God behind him through verifiable, Elijah-like miracles, 2) Is actually being noticed by "the world" even to the extent that HWA and GTA were, 3) Is consistently adding significant numbers of new members through baptism, not poaching, or 4) Is being blessed over and above the others.

Now, as an apologist, you can debate those points, and somehow make it appear that your guy fits the bill. But, that's all bluster rhetoric, and they often accompany it with a barrage of threats. The ways in which they treat the little "insignificant" ones amongst them is the tell, the main glaringly obvious "fruit" of their ministry. Without kind and humane treatment and genuine concern for the little people, their ministries are reduced to pure exploitation rather than a two way relationship. There is no way that a loving God, or a loving Savior is going to transform his children's hearts so that they look forward to, and learn to enjoy being exploited and abused, presumably for all eternity.

If it were obvious that any one of these cretins were God's chosen, and if people then voluntarily gave their all, and dedicated their entire lives to the cause, it would be one understandable. But, it's not. That's why they need to use prophecy, fear and threats to squeeze blood from the proverbial turnip. There is not one good one amongst them. They are all rotten, and fortunately, our choices extend beyond their bogus little group.

MY RESPONSE: LUKE 18
THE PARABLE OF THE PHARISEE and THE TAX COLLECTOR...

9 To some who were confident of their own righteousness and looked down on everyone else, Jesus told this parable: 10 “Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. 11 The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed: ‘God, I thank you that I am not like other people—robbers, evildoers, adulterers—or even like this tax collector. 12 I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.’

13 “But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said, ‘God, have mercy on me, a sinner.’

14 “I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God. For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.”

To Johnny Pro-Pack:

Please, sir, take a mint. Your breath reeks of death.

I imagine there's about a hundred people in each of these orgs that think there guy is a super-duper apostle. The rest of pretty much ignore it or don't talk about for fear of getting yelled at

Wow. That was your comment to the very real criticism that a Pack-led ministry would make judgments upon a person's salvation based on the (lack of) earnings power of the individual?

And, worst, then allow him to attend services in an attempt to boost "numbers"?

Pack does claim that he is leading the Philadelphian era of God's Church, right? Because it has "brotherly love" right?

Something really smells in Denmark. And that comment really gives RCG members a bad name----assuming that you are.

That's it. It's sAtAn. Why else would such an unfathomable number of people on this website attack Dave Pack, and Dave Pack alone?

That's right, this site is dedicated to attacking Dave Pack alone, not the other idiots who are also trying to be a Herbert Armstrong and get people to worship them, just like Herbert Armstrong used to do. Nope, just Dave Pack.

Well, there's only one reason. Why it's simply impossible for there to be any other reasons. So there can be no doubt about it. It's definitely because of sAtAn.

I'm thinking about preparing for the punishment that God will soon bring upon me. I'm kinda at a loss. Do you have any tips for how to get the ball rolling? I want to be as prepared as possible for the punishment.

4:55, I've somehow found some Genesee Cream Ale here in the desert, and am kicking back listening to Psychedelic Artyfacts of the '60s, specifically to the Electric Prunes' "Get Me to the World on Time!" It's kind of reminiscent of how I spent my Sunday afternoons at AC, although Dave Pack was in a dorm down the street from me, and not even a budding demagogue yet.

We're all going to get some correction in the Kingdom, but it's not going to be based on Dave's transferral of all of his drivel on to those who insist on following God and conscience as opposed to bowing down and following Dave. In other words, he's just another human subject, not the gatekeeper or chief inquisitor as he would have us believe.

Would you say that Dave could be described as being one "unto whom much is given"? If so, he's in for much harsher evaluation and much more intense punishment than the rest of us. It is him, not us, that should be in greater feat of the judgment.

Weird Al Yankavich should do a parady entitled, "Living in a COG Paradise"

There are different degrees of insanity in the COG's From the slighty insane UCG to the totally insane Pack, Meredeth, Flurry, types.

This tends to happen when personality cult leaders die.

Take your pick. There are plenty of COG options out there. Over 200 or so.

I choose none of the above. In fact I choose no religion.

Yes, but can Pack fly on his own power without his broom?

The individual who wrote this defense of Pack writes as one who does not speak english as a first language. Just a trivial observation.

Am I missing something here? Elephant in the room? I thought our Pro-Packer poster is a metaphor for Ron Weinland who is splitting his sides laughing at the people who are taking the crap he puts out seriously...

The phrase 'pulling your chain' comes to mind.

If Pack is destined to be a ruler in the Kingdom, I would rather go to hell.

So does this mean when you are slandered, scoffed at, ridiculed you are one of God's elect because that is Satan doing it??

Well, I was done ALL THE ABOVE by the PCG, namely that asshole regional director BRIAN DAVIS. And on top of that, he disfellowshipped me for the third time, only I really wasn't disfellwshipped the first time according to the church's attorney, and the second time was just a simple suspension.

All to make others think you are BaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaD! And to keep the rest of the sheep in line!

If this isn't the devil working in the PCG, then I guess I have it all wrong.

I must be VERY SPECIAL knowing Satan was attacking me. So when do I inherit the kingdom and all you have to bow before me??????????

Anonymous 7/20 7:32 is correct.

The Packman-defender CONSTRUCTED his sentences from already used phrases that Armstrong slaves have heard over and over. These were uttered to each other as they encouraged each other that they were NOT all idiot sheep (as we proclaim here at Banned). And these were uttered from the pulpit as inspiration for a larger check in the offering basket.

Boiled down, it's: "You'll see! You'll see we were right!"

Decades gone by now. Still waiting to "see."

It seems very obvious that the poster was D.C. Pack or one of his lovers.

When one studies into the prophets none of them came from religious stock. Yahshua also did not call any of the religious leaders of His day. He called simple, average men, who were going about their jobs, whether it was fishing, collecting taxes, or any other occupation, but certainly not religious.

The prophets and preachers have many things in common. First is that they confronted the leadership of the day. They put their lives on the line, so to speak, and did not back down nor hide behind symbolic meanings. They were not pretenders, nor did they draw attention to themselves by informing everyone that they were special, so you better pay attention to what they were saying.

No, their works spoke for them. Miracles drew the attention, and their words rebuked the high and mighty.

When a true prophet(s) do come, they will not be holding back but will rebuke all, thereby offending all. They certainly are not going to be rich in goods nor travel around in fancy cars, nor walk with the high and mighty, nor be afraid of calling a spade a spade. They will lash out in fury and Yahweh will back them up.

So all these today that think they are a somebody, will soon crawl away with their tails between their legs, and insist to others that they are not prophets, even though they made out to be, until the real one(s) show up.

You will all see soon that everything he teaches will come true

We've waited a long time now.

Would you like to give us a time frame in which his prophecies will stop failing?

So far, as a false prophet (according to Scripture) he is headed for the Lake of Fire.

Maybe you'd like to join him for being a (though perhaps unwitting) liar?

You know...if you replace "Mr. Pack" in the OP with "Joseph Smith" and "RCG" with "LDS" it sounds really familiar somehow.

Hmmmm, I think I must have read something very similar to this on an ex-mormon forum. Maybe not though, because you could also use "Mr. Meredith" instead of "Mr. Pack" and it would also sound familiar.

No, Sweetbreads777, there's no such thing as a "true" prophet, just like there's no such thing as a "true" Christian...

Mar 16:17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
:18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

Not seeing much of that, especially the last one.

Pack must not believe.

Pack pretty much teaches what the majority of the larger COG's teach regarding prophesy. Wouldn't that make them right too?

I guess they'll all be in the Kingdom together and live happily ever after.

Eze 34:4
The diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was lost; but with force and with cruelty have ye ruled them.

Eze 34:10
Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require my flock at their hand, and cause them to cease from feeding the flock; neither shall the shepherds feed themselves any more; for I will deliver my flock from their mouth, that they may not be meat for them.

Eze 34:11
For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I, even I, will both search my sheep, and seek them out.
